We are absolutely thrilled to announce the opening of fringe.yoga in Epping VILLAge. 

The fringe community has been growing! On our third birthday we launched our fourth yoga studio in Epping, the hometown of co-founder Jodie Merrick. Fringe.Epping will offer an exciting and jam packed timetable full of classes with something for everyone, from beginners to advanced. The brand new fringe studio will also be offering juices, a luxury fringe.beauty treatment room and a place to chilled hang out after class.

Yin Yoga is a passive meditative practice of long-held, deep poses with close attention to the breath that open and energise the meridians (energy pathways). It restores youthful joint mobility as you quietly activate and gather internal chi (life force) balancing; physical, emotional and mental energy throughout the body.

Yin is every bit as vital and compliments a dynamic yang Vinyasa yoga practice.

Barre

Barre is a amazing class if you want to achieve long lean muscles. Routines are devised with a mix of Pilates and Ballet moves all done against a wall or on a barre. The majority of the class is also done on the floor and on a Yoga mat. It will sculpt, stretch and slim your whole body, not to mention it’s really gets to those transverse core Muscles. It will also dramatically improve flexibility and strength. You do not have to be a dancer to enjoy barre! Barre includes mostly isometric contractions and small isotonic movements all are high repetition and bound to get to those big and small muscle groups.

HIIT

High intensity interval training. The best type of EPOC training out there. If you want to be challenged, improve your cardiovascular endurance, increase muscle tone and generally lose stubborn fat this is the class for you. Each week will vary with exercises getting to every muscle group. All exercises can be modified suited to you and your fitness levels . This class can be for beginners right up to those who train everyday. There will be close attention to technique to prevent injury. It’s a fun and effective way to train.

Meditation & Healing

A circle to help reconnect with your true self through peace and stillness. Meditation reduces stress, improves physical and emotional well-being, and helps you to be more focused and calm despite outer conditions.
