Kundance and Meditation workshop - Epping Studio

Kat will start the workshop with Kundance. Kundance is an combination of uplifting powerful set of asanas and creative dance, breath work helping to shake away your fears and anxiety. The music used in class has been composed at the 528 and 423 frequency which has an instant healing effect on the body. Kunda is a powerful way to clear your body, calm your mind. This is a safe way to raise your kundalini energy by getting your heart pounding with the fast pace high tempo, we stimulate the nervous system, create endorphins, serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine which all leave you inspired but also calm, its like magic. The practice will close with an hour of Helen’s yummy relaxing guided meditation, lie down getting comfy and warm and enjoy this blissful journey with her.
