Breath is the key to body temperature control. If you are interested in finding out how to use your breath to increase focus, as well as regulate your body temperature then this workshop will give you the opportunity to put this technique into practice. Ask yourself: How many layers do you keep on during the winter? How often do you get sick? How conscious are you of your breath? This workshop will cover the following: 1. The Wim Hof Method Breathing technique 2. A yoga practice incorporating simple breath work 3. A long breathing/meditation session 4. A presentation of the science behind cold exposure 5. He is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC), the accredited register for Nutritional Therapy practitioners under the Professional Standards Authority of the United Kingdom. Anastasis studied with Wim Hof in 2016 when he became certified in his method. He has since been running workshops and retreats involving exposure to both cold and heat.
