As the wheel turns and the season changes let's celebrate the Autumn Equinox and welcome the longer nights, the darker evenings and our return to hearth and home, beginning to slow things down after the fun and adventures of the summer months. Come join me at the newly refurbished Fringe Redricks studio for a beautiful slow, candlelit, nourishing evening down by the lake. At this fleeting point of perfect balance, before we shift once more into greater darkness, as the harvest begins to slow, the abundance of summer wains, withers and begins to die, eventually re-emerging as new life and a new chapter next Spring, we pause to celebrate the abundance of Summer. As the fruits let go of their flesh to release the secret they hold inside, the seeds of the next generation, with all the potential and possibilities that lie therein we can reflect on what worked and bore fruit for us in the previous chapter. It's such a beautiful time of year, the colder, crisper mornings, the incredible stage show that Pachamama puts on as the leaves change, we start to gather our stores for the long, colder, darker chapter ahead, thinking about those seeds which we will take forth to sow next year, what lessons we learned, what requires a different approach, those plans, dreams and wishes for the next chapters, as the wheel once more turns. We'll start the evening with a lovely, warming, nourishing mandala flow around a gorgeous Autumn altar giving gratitude for all that this colourful next chapter of the year has to offer. Lots of lovely warming oils evoking the essence of Autumn before we transition into a beautiful deep yin second half of the evening. Open to all levels and abilities, including pregnant goddesses. Workshop includes cute little goodybag to take home with you.
