A fierce and faster flow with aspects of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Yoga empowers you to build strength, increase flexibility and improve your metabolism through this unique fusion of asana and high powered cardiovascular training practice. This class promises to deliver a fierce vinyasa flow!

fringe.beginners

Beginners classes are ideal if you are new to yoga, or would like to re-visit the foundations of the vinyasa practice. These classes will include an introduction to posture, physical alignment, use of breath, asana, and develop an understanding of the fringe.method. The fringe.yoga method provides an accessible and holistic approach to balancing body, mind and spirit and therefore supports your overall well-being.

fringe.restorative

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic and meditative practice of long-held supported poses with the use of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets, while focusing on the breath, encouraging physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. As the name suggests, this style of yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function (rest and digest) which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance. Suitable for all levels and especially for those suffering with any stress related conditions or who simply want to improve their wellbeing.

Yin Yoga is a passive meditative practice of long-held, deep poses with close attention to the breath. Working with fascia (connective tissue) and the meridians (energy pathways). It restores youthful joint mobility as you quietly activate and gather internal Qi (life force); balancing physical, emotional and mental energy throughout the body. Yin is every bit as vital and compliments a dynamic yang Vinyasa yoga practice.

fringe.barre&stretch

Barre is a amazing class if you want to achieve long lean muscles. Routines are devised with a mix of Pilates and Ballet moves all done against a wall or on a barre. The majority of the class is on a Yoga mat or at the wall. It will sculpt, stretch and slim your whole body, not to mention it’s really gets to the deep core muscles. It will also dramatically improve flexibility and strength. You do not have to be a dancer to enjoy barre! Barre includes mostly isometric contractions and small isotonic movements, all are high repetition and focus on both big and small muscle groups.
