Recharge and Rest with Emma at Redricks with Emma Smithies

As we prepare to enter the festive season, with all the joy that it brings, the bright lights and the late nights, lets take a moment to pause, take some time out with a beautiful evening of meditation, slow flow and yin. As the winter begins to set in and settle, the nights get longer and the temperature drops our mind turns to the festivities that the end of the year brings. Whilst this is not always an easy time for many it can also be a wonderful, enjoyable, social time of year. As a woman we tend to give so much of ourselves around this time bringing families and friends together, uniting us through food and drink, it can be a demanding time of year on our energy, our finances and our time. Whilst hugely rewarding and enjoyable it’s good to take a moment for ourselves before it all goes a little crazy for a few weeks, the excess and pressure builds before the release of some time out and time off for many between Christmas and New Year.

Come and recharge and rest with Emma with a lovely slow flow to warm us and a long yin section to release, ending with a beautiful guided meditation about preserving our goddess energy, resetting and recharging us mentally and physically for the weeks ahead.

Down by the lakes at Redricks surrounded by Mother Nature, peace and tranquility. Open to all levels.
