Lindsey will be returning to Fringe with an evening of Sound Healing, Shamanic Drum Journey and Meditation

Lindsey will guide you through an evening of journeying with the Drum, to bring about healing, insights and intuition. By using the drum we can gain insight to questions that we may desire to help us in our day to day life or to help us move onto the next step of our lives.

The evening will conclude with an hour of Sound Healing using heavenly Sounds of the Majestic Sacred and Sonic Sounds of the Gongs, Singing Bowls, Chimes and other instruments. The sounds of the gongs can bring about healing on an emotional, physical and spiritual level and leave you with a feeling of calm, relaxed and at oneness with the universe.

Mats, bolsters and light blankets are provided. Please bring your own pillows, bottle of water, eye mask if required and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable.
