Yin is a slow and grounding, floor-based practice. Working into longer holds helps you to physically increase mobility and joint health, plus calming the nervous system. Yin is a great way to become more mindful, body aware and relaxed.
A Sound Bath will take you into a deeply rested, meditative space, where you can drop the endless stream of thoughts and relax into healing harmonies and frequencies. A melody of different instruments gives you a sonic cleanse and rebalance of body and mind!
