Robyn will be opening the evening with an intentional cacao ceremony. A chance for us to sit within the loving guidance of mama cacao, we receive higher guidance, heart opening and all the feel-good vibrations this incredible plant brings. We will take a sweet moment to set our heart-felt intentions and dedications for our practice.🌿

Weaving into our soul shift with Kundalini rising, Kat will lead you there through movement, Kundalini dance, Kriyas (actions) to create a transformative shift. 💫

Closing the evening off with total surrender, Robyn will guide us through a restorative yoga practice, blended with a sound journey. Taking you deeper inwards, through healing harmonics and nourishing yoga postures; integration and deep rest.
