You can feel the magickal energy in the air as the veil grows thin and the ability to communicate with our ancestors or loved one’s increases. It’s an opportunity for spiritual growth and goal setting.

Jodie will lead a deeply grounding and reflective flow into some breath and soul work, followed by a restorative sound bath lead by Lindsey.
