This two hour workshop is hosted by Sarah Tyler aka the Mummy MOT. You will learn about the role of the pelvic floor during pregnancy, how to regain its recovery and strength postnatally and how to maintain its function as we age.

Sarah is a highly experienced women’s health physiotherapist, with an MSc in Physiotherapy. She started working in women’s health in 2013, where it quickly became her passion and her hobby. She has been treating women both postnatally and antenatally for over 8 years.
Sarah is a certified Mummy MOT practitioner and trained in clinical Pilates which she incorporates into her postnatal rehabilitation. Sarah also works as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS in conjunction with her private practice in Bishops Stortford.
