As we transition through the seasons, our bodies go through external change and we too feel the changes internally. Modifying our foods to be warming and nourishing supports us through the cold. Our yoga practice can be sequenced to do the same.
Robyn will guide you through a twists practice to support the spleen and stomach qi which will be disturbed during this autumnal transition. We will explore meridian theory and moving the body into deep states of surrendered rest. The practice will be closed with a nourishing yoga nidra practice to integrate.
