Lisa Higgins is a menstrual cycle coach and the founder of The Red Rebel Collective, a safe and welcoming space to learn about menstrual cycle awareness and the benefits of cyclical living. As menstruators, our bodies operate in an entirely different way to society's 24/7 demands; we are in a glorious state of expansion or contraction throughout the month, with no day the same. Together we can begin to restore the extraordinary power held in the female body. Accessing the Divine Feminine in this way is the medicine we collectively need for the healing of our planet.
